Caryn Alfsen Caryn is the Executive Director of Tallahassee Biblical Counseling Ministries. She is also a Biblical Counselor, counseling part-time. Caryn received her BA in Biblical Counseling and Masters in Conflict Management at the Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary. Caryn is certified through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). Caryn enjoys teaching various classes such as marriage, parenting and biblical counseling. Caryn attends Four Oaks Church East with her husband Greg Alfsen. Caryn loves gardening, reading and studying God's word. Caryn and Greg have two sons, two daughters and seven grandchildren.
Pam Mason Pam was born in Florida and has lived in the Florida Panhandle all her life. Pam received a Master of clinical Social Work from Florida State University in 1998. Pam worked as a grief counselor in a hospice setting for 19 years and is a former certified Thanatologist with the Association for Death Education and Counseling (ADEC). Pam was certified as a Biblical Counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) in 2016. Pam and and her husband Barry serve at Fellowship of Midway Church and Pam leads the counseling center there. Pam loves being creative in crafts, homemaking and food, especially with others in mind. Pam thrives in seeing people's heart change through dependence on God's Word. She has a passion for counseling women with the hope that only Jesus can bring.
Gregory Alfsen Greg completed his certification with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors August 2018. Greg has a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and is a licensed professional engineer. He works for the Fla. Dept. of Environmental Protection as a project manager. Greg was born and raised in central Florida and moved to Tallahassee in January 2013. He later met Caryn and they were married March 2015. He attends Four Oaks Church East. Greg's desire is to continue growing in the love of Christ and to demonstrate that love by ministering to others.
